Utilising patented technology, our RFID fridges read the movement of medications into and out of our patient fridges located in clinics as well as continually monitoring temperature conditions. The data allows us to analyse and respond to changing demand in real-time.

Inservio owns more than 30 cold-chain equipped vehicles and has a team of Clinic Inventory Managers who visit specialist clinics nationally. The vehicles are GPS tracked and feature UPS power backup to ensure ongoing continuity of medication temperature.
Cold-Chain Remotely Monitored Vehicles
Inservio pioneered Script Approval Services through a mobile device and has worked closely with the Department of Health to automate authority prescriptions on applications.

Inservio has teams of program coordinators throughout the country who liaise with patients, clinics and dispensing pharmacies to facilitate our services - whether it be delivery of medications, providing script reminder services, sending educational materials, explaining transition from program to PBS supply, facilitating pharmacist support & more.

Our team has over 30 years collective PV experience, including TGA and FDA audits.
We conduct annual PV training via a Learning Management System to ensure compliance with sponsor PV training.
