Inservio’s Health Agent Portal
is a web-based application that provides our patients and their carers (Authorised Representatives) with an easy-to-use tool to manage administration associated with our services.
Health Agent is currently available for Inservio's ophthalmology services only.
Pay your invoice online
To pay your invoice online with a credit/debit card, click on the link below and enter your invoice number, which can be found towards the top of your invoice. If your invoice offers a QR code to expedite payment, scan it using the camera on your phone and click the link to open the payment portal. Payment can be made via debit/credit card. As your invoice may contain more than one QR code, please ensure you select the QR code associated with making payment.

Advantages to Signing Up
Signing-up to the Inservio Health Agent Portal allows you to view all previous invoices paid via the portal.
If you are a carer of one of our patients, you can sign up to act as their Authorised Representative. This allows you to have your own access to view past invoices paid via the portal and to have invoices sent directly to yourself rather than the patient.
Our portal also provides educational resources relevant to the patient’s specific condition or medication(s) accessed through the provision of Inservio’s services.
