Our team of Patient Co-ordinators will liaise with you and your specialist team to ensure that prescriptions are always up to date and that you receive your medication before it's required.
Free Home Delivery and Service Overview
Our services are simple to access, simply call us on 1300-803-901 to see which medications are eligible for free delivery.
Inservio's team of Co-ordinators will liaise with you to obtain your prescriptions and will keep record of when new ones are required. They will let you and your healthcare team know well in advance of when new scripts are needed.
An Inservio Co-ordinator will then contact you to determine a suitable delivery date.
Inservio will then liaise with a dispensing pharmacy on your behalf and arrange for your medication to be dispensed. We will then collect your medication and package it according to the temperature requirement - either in validated cold-chain or room temperature packaging. Inservio will then send the medication to you at the pre-arranged time ensuring that it maintains correct storage temperature throughout the journey.
