To pay your invoice online with a credit/debit card, click on the link above and enter your invoice number, which can be found in the top righ-hand corner of your invoice. If your invoice offers a QR code to expedite payment, scan it using the camera on your phone and click the link to open the payment portal. Ensure you use the QR code labeled for payment, as there may be multiple on the invoice.

Signing-up to the Inservio Health Agent Portal allows you to view all previous invoices paid via the portal. If you are a carer of one of our patients, you can sign up to act as their Authorised Representative. This allows you to have your own access to view past invoices paid via the portal and to have invoices sent directly to yourself rather than the patient.
