Inservio acts as your agent and can arrange to have your medication dispensed by a pharmacy and will collect and deliver your medication to your clinic in time for your appointment.

Our services mean that you do not need to collect your medication from a local pharmacy (many of whom do not routinely stock these medications) and you don't have to worry about safely transporting the refrigerated medications to your appointment.

Inservio does not charge you for our services, however patients are required to pay a PBS co-payment. The amount charged is legislated and is no different to the charge incurred at any pharmacy that dispenses this medication.
